总结 Air-Dryable™ 可风干唾液直扩RT-qPCR预混液(MDX131)和 Air-Dryable™ 可风干一步法RT-qPCR预混液(MDX095)在快 速反应条件下性 能都优于通用型的抗抑性预混液,但是 Air-Dryable™ 可风干唾液直扩RT-qPCR预混液(MDX131)对 提取的RNA或人体唾液粗裂解液的扩增要比 Air-Dryable™ 可风 干一步法RT-qPCR预混液更好。这个结果显示通用型抗抑性预 混液可以用于唾液样本,但是在反应速度和灵敏度上都不如专 门针对唾液样本的预混液,因此Air-Dryable™ 可风干唾液直扩 RTqPCR预混液是用于对SARS-CoV-2和流感病毒检测的最优选 择,更重要的是它还能通过干燥后常温储存。
