Three bacterial DNA targets were amplified using Lyo-Ready Non-Bac DNA qPCR Mix in liquid (blue) format, under standard qPCR cycling conditions. The results demonstrate the high sensitivity of Lyo-Ready Non-Bac DNA qPCR Mix, enabling reliable amplification of bacterial targets down to single-copy levels in multiplex reactions. Lyophilized Assay Stability Lyo-Ready Non-Bac DNA qPCR Mix was lyophilized, and the stability of the dried assays (red) was tested after accelerated stability against fresh liquid mix (blue) in a triplex qPCR assay. The lyophilized mix retained performance comparable to the liquid mix, supporting projected stability of more than 12 months at ambient temperature.
